House of 404 began with a simple question: what happens when your thoughts become your design?
The journey started with an idea, a lot of uncertainty, and the willingness to keep creating even when nothing seemed to work. Days were spent thinking about what could be designed, how it would look, and whether the idea could become something real. Two months passed before the first design finally came together.
That design became ODD_001.
Its construction was deliberately symmetrical, representing the feeling that everything should be right and in place. But one unexpected zipper disrupted that symmetry — representing doubt, uncertainty, and the emotions that existed during the process. The wings at the back represented something else: the willingness to keep working, believe in yourself, and grow into something you could not have imagined before.
That idea became the beginning of House of 404.
From an Idea to a New Kind of Fashion
House of 404 is an Indian brand exploring the space between techwear, futuristic fashion, and streetwear.
Our approach to techwear clothing is not only about utility or technical details. It is about exploring new silhouettes, materials, construction, and ways of experiencing clothing. We look at the roots of techwear, its subcultures, patterns, and fabrics, while developing our own interpretation of where it can go.
The result is clothing that is functional, experimental, and distinctly House of 404.

Built From the Journey
The story of House of 404 is also a story of exploration.
The early vision for the brand took shape during a trek to Triund, surrounded by mountains, silence, and the people closest to us. It was there that the question became real: could this vision of futuristic, untold fashion and techwear actually take hold?
After returning, the real work began.
Away from the noise, ideas were developed through observation, experimentation, and time spent understanding the world of techwear — its fabrics, patterns, subcultures, and possibilities.
That journey continues today.
